FIRE PUMP 

Packaged fire pumps: it consists of an Electrical fire pump (duty) and a Diesel engine fire pump (standby). Both work with different modes of operation, but with the same objective. The electrical pump works automatically with power supply by virtue of a pressure switch which automatically recharges the line when there is pressure drop on the Hydrant line and it’s on duty while the diesel engine is operated manually with an ignition key and it’s on standby as a backup for the electrical fire pump.

The HYDRANT PIPELINE is charged at high pressure with water from which the HOSE REEL and the PILLAR HYDRANTS Riser are tapped into. These fire pumps are packed with light indicators panel which is connected to a switch board. The fire pumps are housed in an accessible location for all staff reach.

⦁ The Fire hose Reels will be installed at accessible positions on the building. The Hydrant Risers would be positioned around car parks, road intervals and along the perimeter fence that would be easily accessible to Fire Service Men for quick fire hose connections to municipal water supply.
